Principal, CFO & COO
Chris Felice is a Principal, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of Raven with over 16 years of experience. Mr. Felice is responsible for the operations of the Firm as well as the financial, tax and compliance reporting of Raven and its entities. Mr. Felice oversees the operations staff of Raven, as well as the Firm’s client administrators, auditors, compliance consultants and tax advisors. Prior to joining Raven, Mr. Felice was Vice President and Controller of HGGC, a Palo Alto-based middle market private equity firm. Mr. Felice started his career with RSM, where he spent five years providing audit and assurance services to various public and private companies. Mr. Felice received his BS in Accounting from the Fisher School of Accounting at the University of Florida and completed post-graduate degree courses at Florida Atlantic University’s Graduate School of Business. Mr. Felice is a Certified Public Accountant.
