Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel
Jenna Kamiat is the Chief Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel at Raven and is responsible for overseeing legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for the firm. Prior to joining Raven, Ms. Kamiat spent eight years as a senior member of the legal and compliance team at Polen Capital Management, a Florida-based global asset manager focused on growth equity and high yield credit strategies, and most recently acted as the firm's Deputy General Counsel. Ms. Kamiat started her legal career at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where she counseled asset managers, private equity firms, corporations, and financial institutions in connection with complex debt transactions and diverse legal and compliance issues. Ms. Kamiat received her B.A. in English and M.S. in Business Management from the University of Florida. She earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law.
